Nathan Castro

Nathan is our Parking Enforcement Coordinator at Google, and his responsibilities consist of training, operations, implementing new LPR hardware, management of Parking Enforcement citations, ChargePoint Enforcement, and many more. Since the end of January, we have been having numerous issues with our LPR system, and the Parking Enforcement team has been questioning data integrity. Nathan has been working diligently with our vendor to correct these issues. He has been able to identify differences in all 4 of our vehicles and expressed the differences to our vendor. As of April 5th, the issue has been corrected, and our LPR systems are now capturing accurate data. This would not have been possible without the LPR experiments, data auditing, issue tracking, and coordination.
