Rudy Touvell

Rudy Touvell is the SVP of the Midwest Region at Propark Mobility. Rudy has been in the parking industry for over 25 years. Rudy started their career as the Director of Business Development at Parking Solutions, Inc. from 1992 until 2015 when they joined Towne Park as their Vice President of Healthcare Business Development. Rudy was with Towne Park from 2016 until 2019 when they joined Propark Mobility.

Rudy Touvell has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Rudy is also certified by US Lacrosse as a Level 2 Lacrosse Coach and by the USA Track & Field Association as a Level 1 Track & Field Coach. Rudy is also a Certified Parking Professional through the National Parking Association.

Rudy Touvell reports to John Schmid, CEO & Managing Partner. They are on a team with Lan Zhang - VP, Finance & Controller, Marc Schreiber - SVP, National Transportation Services, and Tim Willey - Chief Financial Officer.
