Lamont Moore is an experienced manufacturing professional with a robust background in production supervision and team leadership. Currently serving as Plant Supervisor at Pro Refrigeration Inc since June 2025, Lamont oversees day-to-day operations on the manufacturing floor, focusing on performance, safety, and quality. Previous roles include Production Supervisor at Larson Manufacturing and Amarr, as well as Group Lead at Liberty Hardware. Additional experience includes a Production Shift Supervisor position at O-I and various roles at Liberty Hardware, including Receiving Group Lead and Clerk. Lamont's military service as a Boatwainsmate in the US Navy Reserve complements a Bachelor of Business Administration degree earned from Strayer University between 2018 and 2023.
