Kleisner Galvis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT and digital marketing staffing and recruitment. Currently serving as Senior Managing Director at pro/source since April 2024, Kleisner previously held key leadership roles, including Director of Client Services at Alphatalent and CEO of KAG Recruiting, where strategic IT staffing solutions were provided to enterprise clients. Kleisner also led IT recruiting practices at Segrera Associates and managed business development at Synergy Business Consulting, Mercer | Sirota, and Cotiviti. Kleisner holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Connecticut.
