Renuka Venkatesha

Renuka Venkatesha has over 20 years of experience in various human resources roles. Renuka is currently the Director and Head of Human Resources for Pro-Vigil Surveillance Services in India. Prior to this, Renuka worked at Coforge as Division Head of HR, where they focused on policy integration, employee engagement strategies, and retention of high-potential talent. Renuka has also held positions at Husys - A People2.0 Company as a Senior HR Consultant, Cognizant as a Talent Management Leader, UBS as an Assistant Manager of Learning and Development, Coretree Insurance Group as a HR Manager, IL&FS Education and Technology Services Limited as an Education and HR Consultant, and Arena Multimedia as the Centre Academics Head. Renuka's expertise lies in creating innovative HR strategies and implementing them in various organizations.

Renuka Venkatesha has a diverse educational background. Renuka started their education by completing a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Cytogenetics/Genetics/Clinical Genetics Technology/Technologist from Careers for Women Empowerment in the years 1996 to 1999. Renuka then pursued a Board of Intermediate degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Villa Marie PG College for Women from 1993 to 1995.

In order to further enhance their skills in Human Resources Management and Services, Renuka completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Rajendra Prasad Institute of Management in Mumbai between 2001 and 2002. Renuka then went on to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2006 to 2007, focusing on the area of Human Resources and Training.

Continuing their educational journey, Renuka obtained a Masters in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2013 to 2015, specializing in Psychology and Counseling Psychology.

In addition to their formal education, Renuka has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include a certification in Critical Thinking for Making Better Decisions from LinkedIn Learning, a certification in Lateral Thinking from Edward de Bono Methods, a certification in EQ & EQ 360 from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS), and a certification as a Certified HR Business Partner from SHRM India.
