Jenny Thomas has extensive work experience in service delivery and customer service management. Jenny started their career at Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd in 1998 as a Branch Manager and later joined ChoiceQuote Insurance Services as a Personal Lines Manager. In 2004, they became a Customer Service Manager at Outsourcery. From 2010 to 2013, Jenny worked as a Client Services Manager at Alternative Networks. Jenny then moved on to become the Head of Customer Services at Alternative Networks plc from 2013 to 2016. Jenny joined Daisy Group in 2016 as the Head of Customer Service, where they were responsible for delivering end-to-end business technology and communications managed services. In 2019, they became a Service Delivery Manager at Cetus Solutions and continued in the role until 2021. Currently, Jenny is the Head of Service Operations UK at Proact IT UK, where they oversee the operations of the service department.

Jenny Thomas attended Lancaster University from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a BSC(hons) degree in Organization and Management Studies.
