Lupita Serrano, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at PRO*ACT, Lupita previously held positions at Randazzo Enterprises Inc. as Human Resources and Safety Coordinator, and at United Way Monterey County as Development Coordinator.
