Lissette Costa

Lissette Costa, CRIS, is a seasoned construction industry professional with extensive expertise in cost engineering, project management, and contract administration. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant at PROACTIVE since July 2020, Lissette works on complex claims in the SDI marketplace while fostering collaborative relationships. Previous roles include Director of Project Administration at ASPE-South LLC and Construction Project Analyst at Buckner Companies, where Lissette provided critical data support and conducted comprehensive project evaluations. Lissette also held various positions at D.H. Griffin Construction Co., LLC, including Contract/HR Manager and Proposal Specialist, and has experience as a Senior Project Engineer at GSD Contracting, LLC. Lissette earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Everglades University in 2009.
