Dr. Rashi Srivastava

Dr. Rashi Srivastava has a diverse background in healthcare, with experience in clinical leadership, patient care coordination, hospital administration, and hospital management. Dr. Rashi is currently serving as the Clinical Chief of Staff at Proactive For Her, where they maintain physician relationships and represents in-house doctors and specialists. Prior to this, they worked as a Coordinator for Medical Services at Apollo Hospitals, focusing on facilitating smooth patient care processes. Dr. Rashi also held the role of Patient Care Coordinator at HERdle.health, where they were the first line of defense for user and physician queries. Additionally, they provided hospital coordination support at the Digestive Health Institute by Dr. Muffi and gained insights into all departments during a hospital management internship at Hinduja Hospital. Dr. Rashi began their career as an MBBS intern at MGM Institute of Health Sciences.

Dr. Rashi Srivastava completed their education in a chronological order. Dr. Rashi first earned their High School Diploma from Apeejay Stya Education (Svran Foundation) in 2011. Later, from 2011 to 2017, they pursued their Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree at MGM Institute of Health Sciences, Navi Mumbai, specializing in Medicine.

In 2018, Dr. Srivastava joined SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY and successfully completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management in 2020.

Dr. Srivastava has also obtained various additional certifications. In May of 2017, they became a Registered Medical Practitioner registered with the Maharashtra Medical Council. In September of 2018, they completed a CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Heart Association.

Furthermore, in August of 2022, Dr. Srivastava became a Life Member of the Academy of Hospital Administration [Institute of Healthcare Management Training & Research] and the Indian Medical Association.

Apart from their formal education, Dr. Srivastava also pursued an H.R. Analytics certification from IIM Kozhikode, although no specific information regarding the exact month and year of obtaining this certification is available.
