Joseph Goul

Joseph Goul is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT staffing, solutions, and consulting. As a Partner at ProActive Strategies since September 1998, Joseph has played a critical role in managing the company, which specializes in providing Business and Information Technology Services to enhance organizational revenue, reduce costs, and improve productivity. Prior to this, Joseph held recruiting management positions at Actium and Cap Gemini, as well as a recruiter position at Texcel. Joseph Goul is an alumnus of Penn State Scranton, where education was completed from 1984 to 1988.
