Matt Staney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and recruitment strategies. As the Founder and CEO of Proactive Talent since November 2015, Matt has transformed the consulting firm into a leading provider, aiding over 500 companies in modernizing their recruitment efforts and achieving remarkable revenue growth from $600k to $6 million annually. In addition, Matt founded the Talent Brand Alliance in 2017, creating the first professional community for employment branding practitioners. Previous roles include Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Twilio, where hiring goals were surpassed, and significant improvements in offer acceptance rates were achieved, and Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Glassdoor, where notable talent acquisition programs were established.
