Mandy Bryant has over 20 years of work experience in the field of IT support and management. Mandy started their career at the University of Central Florida as a Student Assistant, where they audited workstations for year 2000 compliance and upgraded them accordingly. Mandy then worked at NASA Kennedy Space Center as a Cooperative Education, Computer Engineer, where they created and maintained the Data Management Viewer for use on the Launch Processing Systems. Mandy later joined New South Federal Savings Bank as a Helpdesk Manager and Technology Officer, responsible for administering Metavante applications and creating published applications. Mandy's experience also includes roles at Beal Bank, where they served as a Senior Support Technician and later transitioned to an enterprise-wide desktop support position, and at C.D. Mitchell & Company as a Help Desk Technician on a temporary assignment from Beal Bank. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Services Coordinator at Superior Bank and as an IT Service Support Manager at Cadence Bank. Currently, Mandy is working as a Manager of Desktop Support at ProAssurance.
