Mehul Raghani has a strong background in the oil and gas industry, with experience in various engineering roles. Mehul began their career in 2002 at Schlumberger as a Field Specialist, where they specialized in running wireline cased hole services such as perforation and production logging. Mehul also gained knowledge in specialist tools and customizing jobs. In 2006, Mehul joined Halliburton as a General Field Engineer, working in different locations such as Kuwait and Thailand. Mehul has extensive experience in running cased hole services for clients like Chevron and KOC, including perforation, cement evaluation, and pipe recovery. Mehul also performed rigless operations on platforms and under rig floors, saving rig time and cost. In 2015, they moved to Weatherford as a Senior Field Engineer, where they continued to demonstrate their expertise in cased hole operations. Mehul then joined SGS in 2017 as a General Field Engineer before returning to Weatherford in 2018 as a General Field Engineer. Currently, Mehul works at Probe as a Technical Support Engineer, starting in 2022.

Mehul Raghani completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kalinga University, Raipur, from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from K.J.Somaiya Polytechnic, from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Mehul Raghani also holds certifications such as IWCF Well Control Drilling Level 2 and Level 3 from IWCF UK, obtained in January 2016, and H2S Safety certification obtained in January 2015.
