John Steffen

John Steffen is an experienced professional in the field of ultrasound imaging and technical support, currently serving as the Regional Service Manager at Probo Medical since August 2013. Previously, John held roles including Senior Territory Manager and Territory Manager/Technical Service Manager within the same company, focusing on technical support and inventory management. Prior experience includes serving as the Sales/Service Manager for Ultrasound at Axess Ultrasound, where responsibilities included servicing diagnostic imaging ultrasound equipment and developing training courses. Earlier in John’s career, as a Field Service Engineer at Sound Imaging Corp., expertise was gained in providing on-site services for ultrasound equipment and implementing sales strategies. John holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronics and Computer Technology from the Electronics Institute, earned between 2000 and 2002.
