BIBIANO CARLOS RUIZ is an experienced professional in research and product development, currently serving as Jefe de desarrollo de productos at Procaps since May 2022. Previously, BIBIANO held the positions of Director de investigación y desarrollo and Gerente de Investigación y Desarrollo at Abbott from March 2020 to November 2021, where responsibilities included budget management and project oversight in both galenic and analytical aspects.
