Natalie Conn

Natalie Conn is an experienced professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at ProCare since May 2023. Prior to this role, Natalie worked as a People Experience Business Partner at Contact Energy Ltd from April 2021 to March 2023. A strong background includes positions at Fisher & Paykel Appliances, where Natalie held various senior HR roles from July 2015 to April 2021, and at the Royal New Zealand Foundation of the Blind as People and Culture Manager from August 2012 to July 2015.
