Josiah Pratt

Josiah Pratt serves as the Software Support Lead at ProCare Rx since April 2022, where responsibilities include managing user-reported issues for ProCare Rx and selected third-party applications while ensuring compliance with specified service level agreements. Prior experience includes functioning as a Code Sensei at Code Ninjas from April 2021 to April 2022, instructing students in programming languages such as JavaScript and Python. Josiah also tutored high school students in STEM at Open Door Children's Home and served as an academic mentor and STEM Teaching Specialist at North Broad Youth Center, where a focus was on computer programming and robotics. Previous roles include serving as a Summer Camp Counselor at JM Tull YMCA, facilitating activities and designing educational content for elementary students. Josiah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Creative Technologies from Berry College, obtained in 2020.
