Kevin Vergel-de-Dios has extensive experience in technical account management, customer support, and product support, currently serving as a Technical Account Manager at Procare Software since March 2018. Previously, Kevin held various roles at Zonar Systems, including Product Support Engineer, Key Account Manager, and Field Service Representative from March 2007 to June 2017. Early career experience includes working as a Logistics Analyst at Apria Healthcare from April 2002 to September 2006. Kevin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University between 1997 and 2000.
