Courtney Stroud

Courtney Stroud has a diverse work experience, starting as a Claims Case Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 2007 to 2009. They then worked as a Home Save Counselor at Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, assisting homeowners with foreclosure prevention and mortgage modifications. In 2010, they joined CorVel Corporation as a Claims Specialist, analyzing claims and negotiating settlements. From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Claims Case Manager at EMPLOYERS, managing and processing claims for customers. They then worked at Patriot National, Inc. as a Claims Technical Lead and later as a Sr. Claims Adjuster, providing support to the claims operations and processing claims for customers. In 2018, Courtney joined Sedgwick as a Claims Examiner and later moved to Falls Lake Insurance Companies as a Sr. Claims Adjuster. Most recently, they started their role as Chief Executive Officer at CLEW Beauty in 2021. In 2022, Courtney joined ProCell Therapies as an Account Manager, introducing a Microchanneling device to salons, spas, and medical practices.

Courtney Stroud attended the University of Central Florida from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science. In August 2020, they also obtained a certification as an Esthetician from the North Carolina Board of Cosmetic Art Examiners.
