Lucy Ginn

Lucy Ginn currently serves as the Head of Workplace Experience and previously held interim positions including Group People Manager and People and Talent Partner at Procentia, specializing in pensions and PRT software solutions since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as People Business Partner at HCRG Care Group from July 2021 to June 2022, and HR Advisor at Achieve Together from September 2019 to July 2021. Lucy has also worked as HR Business Partner at Star Medical and in various managerial positions at EE from April 2009 to July 2017. Lucy Ginn holds a Foundation Degree in Tourism Management from Bath Spa University and a BTEC National Diploma in Travel and Tourism from Weston College.
