Susi Manns is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Group Head of People at Procentia since June 2021. Prior to this role, Susi held the position of Global HR Manager at SmartStream Technologies, overseeing HR operations across 17 countries. Susi's expertise includes strategic HR management, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development, with notable roles at Sytner Group as an Interim Divisional HR Manager, and as HR Manager at Royds Withy King.
