At Procept, we are on a mission to revolutionize healthcare through cutting-edge technology, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to ensure our products reach our customers safely and on time, both domestically and internationally. As a Senior Logistics Coordinator, you will be instrumental in optimizing our supply chain, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations, and contributing to our mission of advancing healthcare technology.

What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:

  • Oversee the shipping and logistics of company products to domestic and international customers.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, including Automated Export Systems (AES) filings and Electronic Export Information (EEI) requirements.
  • Coordinate shipments from Procept HQ to third-party logistics providers (3PLs), both domestic and international.
  • Arrange shipments while adhering to export controls and resolve any customs clearance issues.
  • Maintain on-time delivery metrics for shipments to customers.
  • Manage supplies and accessories to ensure successful sales transactions.
  • Record sales confirmations in the ERP system for all sites.
  • Assist in cycle counting and resolving discrepancies.
  • Work flexible hours and various shifts depending on operational needs.
  • Continuously refine and improve product transport and storage processes.
  • Prepare for and resolve inventory accuracy issues.
  • Coordinate with shipping and freight forwarders for timely and accurate shipment releases, pickups, and deliveries.
  • Assure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and recognized domestic/international shipping standards.
  • Occasional travel may be required for coordination with international partners.

The Qualifications We Need You to Possess:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Require to work onsite 5 days a week
  • Proficiency with ERP programs and Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.

The Qualifications We Would Like You to Possess

  • Additional coursework or certifications in international shipping regulations
  • Experience in the medical device industry or a similarly regulated field.
  • Advanced knowledge of international shipping and customs procedures.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Certification in project management or logistics (e.g., PMP, CLTD).
