Verena Banach

Verena Banach is an experienced Managing Executive currently leading operations at Procera since December 2021. Prior to this role, Verena held various positions in leadership and operations, including Managing Executive UK and Managing Executive for Talk Talk at CCI South Africa from February 2015 to February 2021. Verena also served as Director at Webhelp South Africa, overseeing the setup and management of national inbound contact centers.
