Gustavo Bautista

Gustavo Bautista is an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong background in automation equipment development. Currently employed at Process Automation Solutions since December 2022, Gustavo previously held senior roles at Bright Machines, Flex, and IPTE Mexico, focusing on improving quality, process flow, and cycle time for various products. Responsibilities included quoting, mechanical design, control systems, components purchasing, equipment assembly, debugging, and documentation. Early career experience includes work as a Mechanical Engineer at Siemens VDO, where Gustavo designed testing and diagnostic equipment. Gustavo Bautista holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Universidad de Guadalajara, obtained in 1999.
