Marek Vidlak

Marek Vidlak is a Senior Design Engineer at Process Automation Solutions since April 2022, with a robust background in engineering leadership. From August 2015 to April 2022, Marek served as Assistant Engineering Manager at SMC, where responsibilities included leading a machine development team, enhancing processes, and designing machines and devices. Prior roles at SMC included Design Engineering Leader and Engineering Specialist, focusing on CAD design, automation projects, tooling, and production line improvements. Marek began a career in engineering as a Student Engineer for the Motorsport Team at Honeywell, contributing to quality measurement and production support for turbo chargers used in Formula 1 and LeMans racing. Marek holds a degree in Production Machines, Systems, and Robotics from Brno University of Technology, obtained between 2009 and 2015.
