Jesse Magoon

Jesse Magoon has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Jesse currently serves as the Director of Operations at Process Insights since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Aegle from 2020 to 2022. Jesse also held the position of Director of Operations at Solmax in 2019 and early 2020, where they managed multiple site operations and implemented various improvements resulting in increased efficiency and customer satisfaction. Before that, they served as the Plant Manager at Jindal Films from 2017 to 2018 and at The Toro Company from 2010 to 2017, where they achieved significant improvements in operations. Jesse's career started at Toray Plastics America in 1997 as a Shift Process Engineer and they have held various Process Engineer roles at Polymer Group Inc, Pechiney Plastic Packaging, Sonoco Flexible Packaging, and Constantia Flexibles. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in process optimization and cost control.

Jesse Magoon obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University at Buffalo, attending from 1993 to 1997.
