Sandra Gomes

Dr. Sandra Gomes received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Dominican College. Throughout her time there she completed several clinical affiliations involving outpatient orthopedic, pediatric, and geriatric care. Sandra has experience with extraordinary neurological cases including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, Down’s syndrome, and angelman’s syndrome. Sandra pursued a career in physical therapy after seeing a dear friend recover from a stroke through incredible physical therapy treatment. Her interests continued after seeing the same effects with the neurologically involved patients she worked with. Sandra loves applying her learned skill set and knowledge to her everyday practice in order to enhance overall function, strength, stability, independence, and overall joy of recovery in her patients.
