Miles has worked as a Sr. Custom Product Development Manager at ProClip USA since 2019, where they oversee the development of products, collaborates with different departments, and drives growth through innovative product categories.

Before that, they worked at BOE, A Xerox Company from 2018 to 2019 as a Solutions Consultant. In this role, they supported enterprise content management solutions, managed accounts, and led projects from proposal to obsolescence.
