Cammie Smith has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Cammie began their career as a Retail Cashier at Trillium Yarns in 2015 and later worked as a Cashier Customer Service at Whole Foods Market from December 2017 to June 2018. In 2020, Cammie joined Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America as a Marketing Consultant, where they successfully created a digital-first campaign targeting male consumers. Their campaign resulted in a 10% increase in e-commerce sales through social media and public relations strategies. Following this, Cammie joined ProCogia in 2021 as a Business Operations Intern, then progressed to the role of Business Operations Coordinator and finally as a People and Culture Coordinator. In their role at ProCogia, they played a pivotal part in various HR functions such as benefits administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, companywide policy rollouts, and coordinating employee performance reviews. Cammie also assisted in ad hoc business operations for multiple departments. Currently, Cammie holds the position of Data Analytics Consultant at ProCogia, where they apply their expertise in data analytics to provide consultancy services to clients.

Cammie Smith completed their education at various institutions. Cammie first attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2018 to 2020, where they earned a degree in Marketing Management with a field of study in Marketing Communications. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, they attended The University of British Columbia and pursued a degree in General Studies with a field of study in Psychology.

After completing their Marketing Management degree, Cammie returned to the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2020 to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a field of study in General Business.

In addition to their formal education, Cammie has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they obtained the Mimic Pro Digital Advertising Certificate from Stukent. In 2020, they completed the Introduction to HTML5 course from the University of Michigan and the Time Management Fundamentals course from LinkedIn Learning. More recently, in 2022, they obtained certifications in The Ultimate MySQL Bootcamp: Go from SQL Beginner to Expert from Udemy and SQL for Data Science from the University of California, Davis.
