Krzysztof Niewiński

Krzysztof Niewiński is an experienced Agile Coach and Owner of AlterWork since April 2015, focusing on Agile transformations, training, and coaching for organizations. As a LeSS Coach and Agile Coach at ProCognita since November 2016, Krzysztof aims to revolutionize work environments. Previous roles include Head of Agile Practices at PandaDoc and Head of Agility & Large-scale Scrum Master at Uncapped, where Krzysztof supported organizational adaptability. With a strong background in Scrum, project management, and system integration from positions held at Allegro Group, Infovide-Matrix, and Newitech, alongside early experience at IBM Polska, Krzysztof possesses a solid foundation in software development and Agile methodologies. Educated with a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the Military Academy of Technology, Krzysztof has further pursued professional development in Denmark.
