Emilia Valencia is a skilled design professional with extensive experience in user experience and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Design Operations Specialist at Procore Technologies since November 2016, Emilia specializes in cloud-based construction management software designed for construction industry professionals. Prior to Procore, Emilia worked at ShipHawk from January 2014 to October 2016, contributing as a User Experience Designer and Visual Designer, where responsibilities included user research, interface design, and cross-departmental collaboration. Additionally, Emilia has experience in social media management and branding from a role at Santa Barbara City College and holds multiple Associate degrees in Communication and Media Studies, Liberal Arts and Sciences, and Fine and Studio Arts from the same institution.
