Steve Zahm

Steve Zahm is Chief Culture Officer of Procore, where he is responsible for human resources, learning and development, facilities and real estate. He is focused on the scaling of positive culture as a sustainable competitive advantage for achieving superior business results. Prior to joining Procore in 2004, Steve co-founded DigitalThink, one of the first significant cloud-based software companies in the corporate learning industry. Steve received his BA from Stanford University and his MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
