Anne O'Donnell

Anne O'Donnell is the current CEO at Procorre. Anne has held various positions in human resources and sales over the course of their career.

Anne began their career in 1996 as an office lead at ManpowerGroup. Anne then moved to Hanover Search and Selection in 1997, where they again served as office lead. In 2002, Anne became director at RMF Recruitment.

In January 2007, Anne joined Von Essen Group as sales manager. Anne was promoted to Sales Director in 2009 and served in this role until the company's integration with Procorre in 2015. During their time with Von Essen, Anne grew the business by 30% year on year.

Anne is a qualified HR professional and has served as Group HR Director in the past. In this role, they were responsible for managing the group's recruitment process, training programmes, and employee development and talent management.

As CEO of Procorre, Anne is responsible for overseeing the company's sales strategy and continue to grow and improve the business.

Anne O'Donnell has a GIPD in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Liverpool John Moores University.
