Fabio Morana currently serves as the R&D Team Leader at Procos SpA (CBC Group) since February 2017, focusing on Generic API and Custom synthesis. Prior to this role, Morana held positions as an R&D Scientist at Chemo and as a post-doctoral research assistant at both Universität Regensburg and Università degli Studi di Genova, where contributions included significant research in asymmetric catalysis and the synthesis of pharmaceutical molecules. Morana's academic background includes a PhD in Chemical Sciences and Technologies from Università degli Studi di Genova and a combined Bachelor and Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry from Sapienza Università di Roma.
