Kastriot Suka has a strong background in the banking industry, having worked for ProCredit Bank, ProCredit Bank Kosova, and currently with ProCredit Bank Albania. Kastriot started their career in 2013 as a Medium Business Client Adviser with ProCredit Bank, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, they joined ProCredit Bank Kosova as a Branch Manager until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Medium Business in ProCredit Bank Albania, and starting in May 2023, they will take on the role of Head of Risk Division for the same company.
Kastriot Suka has a Bachelor's degree in Management and Informatics from the University of Prishtina "Hasan Prishtina".
