Dragana Rukavina

Dragana Rukavina is currently working as a Human Resources Recruiter at ProCredit Bank a.d Belgrade, where Dragana handles the full recruitment process, sourcing and recruiting for various sectors, creating job descriptions, and collaborating with senior HR leaders. Prior to this, Dragana worked as a Flight Attendant at Qatar Airways, focusing on maintaining safety and hygiene standards onboard. Previously, Dragana served as a Psychologist at Centar Balans, where Dragana conducted workshops, managed client relationships, and worked on business development. Dragana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Faculty of Law and Business Studies Dr Lazar Vrkatić.
