Marion Policht's work experience begins in 2014 as a Project Developer Intern at Nielsen, where they assisted project managers in coordinating international consumer surveys and participated in the development of questionnaires and concept boards. In 2016, Marion joined Laboratoires URGO as a Junior Area Manager, BtoB, and later as an International Product Manager Assistant, where they collaborated with global and local regulatory affairs for product registrations and prepared communication tools for seminars and sales representatives. In 2018, Marion became a Marketing Manager at Novolyze, a role they held until 2023. Currently, Marion works as a Marketing Manager at Klarys.

Marion Policht pursued their education in a chronological manner. Marion began their tertiary education in 2009 and completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie in 2013. Following this, Marion pursued a Master's degree in Management at NEOMA Business School from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they participated in an exchange program at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2011 to 2012. In 2015, Marion also took part in an exchange program at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, focusing on Economics and Administration.

Marion also received the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in July 2021. Furthermore, they pursued various certifications related to marketing, including Content Marketing from HubSpot in May 2022, Inbound Marketing from HubSpot in March 2022, and the Hubspot Marketing Software certification in February 2022. Marion plans to acquire SEO certification from HubSpot in January 2023.
