Barbara Capozzolo

Barbara Capozzolo is an experienced professional in research and development, currently serving as the Research and Development Director for Male Personal Care at Procter & Gamble since 2005. Throughout a distinguished career at Procter & Gamble, Barbara has held various leadership positions, including Fem Care R&D Section Head for both North and Latin America, as well as section head roles in Fabric Care and Baby Care for Emerging Markets. Barbara's tenure at the company began in 1996, during which time Barbara also served as a Senior Engineer and Site QA Manager. Barbara holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar, obtained between 1992 and 1999.
