Cecilia Torres has extensive experience in supply chain management and innovation, currently serving as the OC LA Innovation Diamond Director at Procter & Gamble since May 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing the supply chain for an Oral Care Manufacturing Site, managing raw and pack materials, warehousing, and inventory management, while driving innovation through a team of technical engineers. Previous roles at Procter & Gamble include Supply Chain Senior Manager, where Cecilia led production planning and logistics for a global operation, and Cost Savings & Productivity Program Manager, focusing on continuous improvement and cost efficiency. Other positions include Operations Department Manager and RD&DW Process Engineer. Cecilia holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and an Associate degree in Pharmaceutical Validations from Tecnológico de Monterrey, as well as an internship experience at The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars.
