Claudia Polar Gamarra

Claudia Polar Gamarra is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience at Procter & Gamble since January 2013. Claudia serves as Brand Director for Personal Care in Mexico and has also held dual roles leading Digital Marketing and Ecommerce strategies for Baby & Fem Care in Latin America, overseeing multifunctional teams and in-house agency operations. Previous roles include Senior Brand Manager for the Global Naturella Brand Franchise, focusing on product innovation and brand building, and Assistant Brand Manager for LA Regional Feminine Care, where Claudia designed commercial initiatives based on local consumer insights. Claudia began at Procter & Gamble as a Marketing Intern in Fabric Care Peru and previously worked as an Assistant in Business Research Projects at Universidad del Pacifico. Claudia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering from Universidad del Pacífico, obtained in 2014.
