Dave Harrington

Dave Harrington has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations within Procter & Gamble, serving in various leadership roles since September 1998, including Plant Manager and Supply Chain Operations Leader for both Hair Care and Shave Care divisions. Responsibilities have included leading end-to-end planning and deployment across European production sites, transforming supply chains, and renegotiating co-packer contracts. Previous positions include Manufacturing Excellence Internal Consultant and Operations Manager, where significant contributions were made to build capabilities in technical systems and oversee the startup of new operations in Hungary. Prior experience includes a role as Process Engineer at Glynwed International, focusing on production line leadership and reliability improvements. Dave Harrington holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
