Hari Nair

Hari Nair serves as the Vice President of R&D for Global Packaging in the Fabric & Home Care sector at Procter & Gamble since February 2020, leading global upstream innovation and sustainability initiatives. Nair has a strong background in innovation and leadership, having previously held roles such as Group Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at Sime Darby Berhad, Global Managing Director at Kimberly-Clark, and Vice President at Innosight. Nair's academic achievements include being a Visiting Scientist at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and an Advanced Leadership Fellow at Harvard University. Nair has also contributed to the Edison Awards as an Advisor and former Chairman, demonstrating a commitment to driving change in diverse sectors. Nair holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
