Javier Melcior

Javier Melcior is a skilled professional in product innovation and design thinking with extensive experience at Procter & Gamble since August 2017. As Radical Innovation Lead in BabyCare Invent Tomorrow, Javier focuses on redefining diaper solutions through Design Thinking and Agile methodologies.
