Joni Nickerson

Joni Nickerson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in chemical engineering and process improvement. Currently serving as Surfactant MPD Senior Manager at Procter & Gamble since August 2019, Joni has previously worked at Eastman Chemical Company in roles such as Process Improvement Engineer and Innovation Project Manager, where notable achievements included managing significant cost-saving projects and leading research and development initiatives. Joni's background also includes a tenure at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where leadership in continuous improvement and lean six sigma initiatives was demonstrated.
