Kapil Sharma is an accomplished leader in digital commerce and e-business, serving as Global Vice President at Procter & Gamble from October 2017 to December 2021, where responsibilities included developing strategies for superior retail execution globally. Previously, Kapil held various leadership roles within P&G, overseeing multi-million-dollar businesses across the Asia Pacific, India Subcontinent, Middle East, and Africa, with full P&L responsibility. Earlier experience includes a role as Sr. Engineer in Sales & Project Management at ABB, where Kapil led complex project tendering and execution.
