Sarah Tickle

Sarah Tickle is the Vice President of Human Resources in Europe for Procter & Gamble. Sarah has been with the company for over six years and has held various positions within the HR department. Prior to their current role, Sarah was the Human Resources Director for the Global Home Care division and was responsible for organisation design, capabilities, culture, talent management, productivity and employee/labour relations. Sarah has also held the position of Human Resources Director for the redesign of the Business and Organisation geographic structure within Western Europe, Central Eastern Europe, Midde East and Africa. Before joining Procter & Gamble, Sarah was the Human Resources Associate Director for Western Europe and the Global Business Services Europe.

Sarah Tickle has a BA (Hons) in Sarah'story and English from the University of Wales, Cardiff. Sarah also has a certification in French Language from the Supercomm Group (FEDE B1), and a certification in Personality Type from TypeCoach, LLC. Sarah is also a certified Master Executive Coach from Lee Hecht Harrison and a Certified Myers Briggs Practitioner from Myers-Briggs Instructor.

Sarah Tickle reports to Tracey Grabowski, Chief Human Resources Officer. They are on a team with Maureen Montgomery - Senior Vice President Human Resources Product Supply and Corporate Functions, Monika Buzasy - Vice President, Talent, and Jane Lewis - Vice President, Human Resources, Canada.
