Sourav Kar

Sourav Kar is an accomplished brand management professional with extensive experience in various marketing roles. Currently serving as a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble since September 2024, Sourav previously held the same position at Honasa Consumer Pvt Ltd. from November 2022 to August 2024, where recognition as Champion in the HLDP 2023 competition was achieved. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant Manager Brand Marketing at Kachow! and Assistant Brand Manager at Infra.Market, as well as a Management Trainee in Marketing at Casio India, focusing on social and digital marketing initiatives. Early career exposure includes internships at Emami Ltd and Oddity India, along with foundational experience as an ASE at Tata Consultancy Services. Sourav holds a PGDM in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and an Engineer's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College.
