Steve Jacobs-Johnson

Steve Jacobs-Johnson serves as the Sr. Director of Global Business Services and Baby Care Digital Supply Chain Leader at Procter & Gamble since August 1997. With extensive experience in information technology leadership, Steve has held multiple senior roles, including oversight of global IT strategies, shared services for Research & Development, and quality assurance solutions. Notable achievements include leading significant IT transitions, such as the implementation of a new Product Lifecycle Management system and managing the IT transition during the exit of over 80 brands. Steve is also recognized for enhancing personal productivity for global R&D users and executing mobility strategies for the field sales team. Prior to P&G, Steve worked as a Technical Specialist at Dayton Electronic Commerce Resource Center. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Management and an MBA in Management Information Systems from Wright State University.
