Director Of Learning Skills at Proctor Academy

Jennifer Fletcher is an experienced educational professional currently serving as the Director of Learning Skills at Proctor Academy since August 1998. In this leadership role, Jennifer acts as a resource for faculty, students, parents, and administration regarding student needs and the academic support model. Additionally, Jennifer has managed a caseload of students with learning disabilities as a Learning Specialist and developed individualized academic programs tailored to each student's unique profile. Prior to Proctor Academy, Jennifer taught 6th grade English and social studies, as well as 8th grade study skills, at Cardigan Mountain School from August 1994 to June 1998, focusing on team teaching and providing academic support for students with learning differences. Jennifer holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Reading and Writing Specialist, K-12 from Plymouth State University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Colorado College.
