Justin Sperry

Justin Sperry is a dedicated Math Teacher and Head Men’s FIS Coach at Proctor Academy since July 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Youth Program Director and Head U14 Coach at Waterville Valley BBTS from July 2020 to July 2021, and Head Alpine Ski Coach at Colby-Sawyer College from August 2018 to July 2020. Justin also held coaching roles at Clarkson University, both as Head Alpine Ski Coach and Graduate Assistant Alpine Ski Coach from August 2015 to August 2018, and at Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club as Assistant FIS Coach from August 2014 to July 2015. In addition to coaching, Justin has experience in geotechnical engineering as an intern at Northwest Colorado Consultants, project management as a foreman for Community Slide Inc., and various roles in carpentry and webcasting during earlier educational pursuits. Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geology with Honors from Colby College and has completed graduate coursework in Civil Engineering at Clarkson University.
